Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation

You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our UK Charity at the address below:

Returns Policy

The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the option of returning it to us in good condition within 30 days. We will then issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return results either from an error made by us or from a defective item. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to our UK Charity at the address given above.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:

However, you must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In order to return the product, please refer to the "Returns Policy" section above.

Privacy Policy

When you order, we need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and enables us to contact you regarding the order. To fulfil your order, your delivery address and your telephone number will be given to our carriers and, if required by law, to other parties such as Customs and Excise. This will enable our carriers to successfully complete delivery of your order.

Your credit or debit card number and expiry date are also required to allow us to process and fulfil your order. These payment details are held within our system to help in the event of a problem with your order.

We use WorldPay to validate your payment after we receive your number. WorldPay use software to check for fraudulent use and link to the banks to check for credit limits and notification of lost and stolen cards. You can learn more about these services at www.worldpay.com. We use this data to cross reference payments received with the order value for accounts reconciliation and also to enable us to refund you if you return a product to us.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you give to us is ONLY used by The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and its affiliates, and WorldPay and is never shared with third parties, unless necessary to fulfil your order or clearly stated at the time of collection or registration.
