Annual Credit Card Fostering

The orphans shown below are those most prominently featured in series one and two of Elephant Diaries. To find out more about them and to foster by way of an annual credit card donation, please click on the appropriate image below, select your orphan and then choose to foster on the subsequent page that will be displayed. Alternatively, please visit our Main Fostering Section (opens in new window) to find out about all our orphans and setup a fostering.

Regular Direct Debit Fostering

If you would prefer to setup a monthly donation by Direct Debit to foster an orphan, please take the following steps.

  1. For more information about an orphan, please click on their image.
  2. Once you have decided which orphan(s) you would like to foster, please click the link here to setup an Online Direct Debit(opens in new window
  3. You will not be asked for any fostering details when setting up your Direct Debit. You will need to email this information to the UK charity and we will manually process your fostering for you.
  4. Once you have successfully created your monthly gift, please email infouk@sheldrickwildlifetrust.org with the following details.

you are a UK taxpayer, please be sure to read and select the Gift Aid Declaration Statement displayed when you are making your donation. Under the Gift Aid Scheme we are able to reclaim the tax on your donations, generating an additional 28p for every £1 donated – at no extra cost to you! In a nutshell, your donation of £30 would be worth £38.40.
